Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

We process online orders daily. Your order will ship within 2 Business Days via USPS Priority Mail. This includes $50 of insurance and delivery confirmation. If you would like express shipping, please request in the order notes or contact us so that we can accommodate the request.

If you would like to add additional insurance, which we always recommend, please let us know when you place your order.

Returns

We do not offer refunds, however we want you to be happy with your purchase and overall HMS experience.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your Hand Meets Sky purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery.  Please send us an email with the return request to handmeetssky@gmail.com

The items must be returned in new, unused condition with a copy of your receipt.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent insured.

Vintage, Custom and Sale items are Final Sale. 

Damaged Item

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival.  Any damages to packing or products must be noted with the shipper.  Keep all damaged packaging materials including the box in which your shipment arrived including all inside contents.  If packaging materials are not kept, we cannot process your claim with the carrier. 

Claims must be reported immediately via email to handmeetsskky@gmail.com  Please include images of packaging and damaged items in your email.
